No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason once payment has been submitted.

Nature of Services

By purchasing services from Prosperity Ridge Business Services, or Emily Braveheart, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Services provided are consulting, advisory, diagnostic, and strategic in nature
• Deliverables may include (but are not limited to):
  • Strategic analysis
  • Diagnostics, audits, or evaluations
  • Recommendations, frameworks, roadmaps, or system designs
  • Verbal or written insights, guidance, or direction
• These services constitute intellectual property, professional expertise, and time-based labor

Once delivered or initiated, these services cannot be returned, undone, or reversed.

Immediate Value & Irreversibility

The client understands that value is delivered immediately upon:

• Access to consulting time
• Delivery of diagnostics, findings, recommendations, or insights
• Participation in calls, reviews, or advisory sessions
• Receipt of any written, recorded, or verbal materials

Because the services involve custom analysis and proprietary expertise, refunds are not possible once work has begun.

No Outcome Guarantees

Consulting services do not guarantee specific financial, marketing, or business outcomes.

Results depend on multiple external factors including (but not limited to):

• Client execution
• Market conditions
• Existing business infrastructure
• Budget, timing, and operational capacity

Disagreement with recommendations, findings, or outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for:

• How information, strategies, or recommendations are used
• Decisions made before, during, or after the consulting engagement
• Implementation or non-implementation of any advice provided

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing payment, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered.

In the event of a dispute, the client acknowledges that:

• This policy clearly states no refunds
• Services are non-tangible, intellectual, and time-based
• Documentation of delivery, access, and participation may be provided to the payment processor

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and recovery actions where applicable.

By submitting payment, the client confirms that they have:

• Understood the nature of the services
• Agreed to these terms in full
